I Love Donegal!!!

My Family and I are off to Letterkenny, County Donegal for Halloween weekend, where, incidently I happen to be the Mayor! According to foursquare.  I love Donegal, I love the people, the scenery, the Donegal accent and the attitude.

We visit Donegal twice a year every year, but for some blasted reason we never go in the summer.  I hate the cold! but they’re used to it there and they think I’m a wimp, perhaps they’re right.  This weekend for example we are invited to a fancy dress Halloween party, where I will go as a modern day Antarctic explorer, but here’s the thing, I will be wearing this getup all weekend!  Did I mention that I hate the cold?

I expect that there will be some alcohol consumed, I know that there will be plenty of banter and there will certainly be lots of good old fashioned Craic!
